At Polished HR, there’s no one-size-fits-all pricing, because no two businesses (or HR needs) are the same.
You choose how you work with us, what support you need, and how often you want us involved. We’ll then shape the right solution – and price – around you.
Know your HR cost before you pick up the phone.
One weekly rate, set by the size of your team. A base rate for the partnership, plus a small amount per employee. No hourly billing, no surprises at the end of the month.
Drag to your headcount — the price updates as you go.
Billed monthly. Cancel after the minimum six-month term.
Roughly $1,127 per month + GST.
Three sizes. Two numbers each.
Larger teams pay a higher base rate and a lower per-employee rate — so the cost per person keeps falling as you grow.
Small team
Example: 10 staff = $230 per week.
Growing team
Example: 25 staff = $437.50 per week.
Established team
Example: 60 staff = $925 per week.

These sit outside the weekly rate because they need dedicated time. We'll scope them, give you a fixed quote, and manage them start to finish.
The partnership that pays you back
If six months go by and things have been running smoothly without needing significant HR support, we reward that. Use the credit against your next hire any time within 12 months.
Questions worth asking
How is my band decided?
By your total headcount. If you employ 14 people you're in the first band; at 15 you move to the second. Part-timers and casuals count as employees.
What happens if we grow past a band?
We move you to the new band at your next monthly invoice. In most cases the higher base rate is offset by the lower per-employee rate, so the jump is smaller than you'd expect.
Is there a minimum term?
Six months, then it continues month to month. That gives us long enough to actually understand your business rather than just firefighting.
Is there a cap on how much I can ask?
No. The rate covers your day-to-day HR support — advice, documents, processes, and the difficult conversations. The items in the "quoted separately" list are the exceptions, and we'll always tell you before something moves into that category.
What if I just need one-off help?
Ad-hoc support is available at $185 per hour, with no term commitment. Many clients start there and move into a partnership once they see how often they're calling.

All prices shown are excluding GST. Invoicing is monthly, in advance.
