Ad-hoc HR Support

If a subscription isn’t right for you right now, you can engage us on an ad-hoc basis for specific projects or one-off support.

- Pricing is tailored based on amount of resource needed
- Unused hours roll over - you can bank them for up to three months

Polished HR launched from humble beginnings when Blair (our Director) identified a gap in the market, for a more human centred and practical approach to HR.
Less about rigid processes or complex legal jargon, and more about down-to-earth guidance to remove overwhelm and reduces risk.
He was concerned by the number of small businesses he saw having to engage lawyers, when everyday employment matters had escalated, rather than being resolved earlier in the piece at a fraction of the cost.
Blair’s goal is simple – take the stress out of HR, strengthen people’s growth and development, and help workplaces operate at their best.
