Styling yourself a merry little Christmas

I love the Christmas season; The lovely scent of pine trees; The presents neatly wrapped under the tree and I love any excuse to put fairy lights around a room. Unfortunately, my house is tiny - a giant Christmas tree in the lounge is not going to work!

These little Christmas trees are the perfect compromise and can be neatly planted in the garden rather after the festive season has ended. If my husband figures out what has been giving him hay-fever in a few days I can easily move this Christmas Tree to the outside table.

Any kind of tree can be used as a Christmas Tree. A mini cherry tree would look amazing. Decorating the tree with delicate seed lights from Shut The Front Door will turn any plant into a festive celebration.

These gorgeous little lights are very versatile. The copper wire allows them to be moulded into any shape. They can be popped into a large glass jar or vase, or spread across your table for Xmas dinner. Here’s where to go, to create this look at home.
